I started taking a lot of supplements two weeks ago and I feel amazing. Here's what I did: I built a project on ChatGPT called "Seb's Health", and I fed it some data: - full whoop export - full bloodwork I recently did - full body exam (bone density, BMR, muscle mass etc) - photos of my meals every day So it can see: how my body "is", how I fuel and how I live (my sleep, activities etc). Then I told it my objectives, and asked for supplement recommendation. Here's what I take every morning: - B complex vitamin (good for ADHD ppl) - Creatine - Electrolytes - Probiotic - L glutamine - Ashuaganda - Krill oil At night: - DIOME - magnesium I also stopped coffee in April, as well as alcohol (only very rarely drink, usually just for very good wine with friends). I feel really great - I sleep well, lift well and stronger, think sharper, more energy.
