Every time I want my friends to experience the charm of Suzhou cuisine, I take them to this restaurant called Ding Shan. Because Suzhou cuisine itself isn't very tasty, they have made many improvements and innovations based on it. It was previously known as Black Pearl and recently just received a Michelin star. Highly recommended.
