autistically tracked my mood for a year (along with more than 100 activity and food variables) to try to find links unsurprisingly good sleep, sex, time outdoors, exercise and socializing appeared to have the largest positive impacts by far seed oils, processed food, fast food etc had no correlation. tried like 50 different supplements intermittently during that time and none of them seemed to impact mood at all other than creatine and ginger (both positive)
