之前有小伙伴问我：现在还没通过 KYC，会不会拿不到债权？确实，根据FTX的规则，如果在2025年6月1日之前没有完成KYC，理论上是无法参与分配的。 但现在有一个新的动议已经提交，认为由于技术问题（比如系统崩溃、文件上传失败、FTX客服不配合等）导致无法完成KYC的债权人，不应因此被排除在分配之外，因此请求法院给予延长期限。 更重要的是，这个是一个非常典型的“Joinder”动议，这意味着即使你不是动议发起人，也可以“搭车”获得相同的保护和机会。 如果你也遇到类似情况，强烈建议关注这项动议，并考虑是否需要采取行动。
