之前有小夥伴問我：現在還沒通過 KYC，會不會拿不到債權？確實，根據FTX的規則，如果在2025年6月1日之前沒有完成KYC，理論上是無法參與分配的。 但現在有一個新的動議已經提交，認為由於技術問題（比如系統崩潰、文件上傳失敗、FTX客服不配合等）導致無法完成KYC的債權人，不應因此被排除在分配之外，因此請求法院給予延長期限。 更重要的是，這個是一個非常典型的“Joinder”動議，這意味著即使你不是動議發起人，也可以“搭車”獲得相同的保護和機會。 如果你也遇到類似情況，強烈建議關注這項動議，並考慮是否需要採取行動。
