The source of light was finally revealed as the apes slowly edged towards the debilitated figure. An ape was collapsed to the floor but wrapped tightly by what must have been the diamond fleece. He slowly lifted his gaze towards them, eyes protruding out of their sockets and a blue glare that glitched, then disappearing. They made their way to the stairs, ferociously climbing before reaching the peak where a portal awaited them. The sky suddenly transformed into a pink azure as a window into the future appeared, and a new world lay before them.
