Pup #941

Oviedo keeps to no faction and works The Yard as a Terrier who is small enough to be ignored and loud enough to make that impossible. Pups near the flooded market halls say Oviedo once stayed up all night arguing with a broken phone shaped like a bar of soap, and won. There is a soft running joke at the soup stalls about Oviedo and the way doors behave around them. Oviedo suspects the universe rewards pups who share their snacks and ask the awkward questions.
