A Solid 35-40 Hours a Week, 1-2 days in the office, weekends off, and still ... a $10B+ outcome. I just don't see any of those opportunities anymore in high growth companies. In 2021? Yes. Today? Zilch. If you want 'balance', I get it. But you may need to join something barely or slow growing that is focused on providing that 'balance'. The world is just too competitive today, and too fast, and too hard. Join that world, or maybe, join someone being left behind. Yes, it's tough.
