So you want the foundation to start with a prenuptial agreement, but also, I would argue that if you're going out on a third date, you're starting to get interested, and you should start asking some questions about financial background, spending habits, family, bankruptcy, and other serious matters that you would want to know. And what I love about a prenup, it forces that conversation.
