My hottish take is that I think if you’re building in consumer healthcare, it’s easier to teach someone how healthcare works than to teach someone how building consumer products work Healthcare is confusing but it’s not rocket science - you’ll get it with enough conversations/reading Learning how build consumer products that people actually use…that’s dark arts. It requires an intuition around how people tick that is borderline sociopathic.
