During his arrest, Arce attempted to evade arrest and made graphic threats of violence against law enforcement and their families, underscoring the serious threat he poses to public safety. The operation was conducted professionally, and the minimal force used to redirect an individual interfering with the arrest was both appropriate and necessary to ensure the safety of all involved. Arce remains in ICE custody pending further proceedings.
