I'd rather see infinite customization of existing interfaces that make permenant changes that remain static rather than on-the-fly generated interfaces. If I could tell Evernote on my phone to get rid of the stupid AI button and give me back bold, italics, bullet point and highlight, instead of burying them under a menu, I would gladly pay for that feature.
