great attendee overview on WHY the @UniswapFND has recently kicked off a set of Builder Weeks in Berlin and NYC these events are focused on devs have an MVP and a vision -- but are still early in determining how to turn their efforts into a fully fledged product or company over the course of a Builder week, we invite a curated list of 10-15 of these founders to enjoy a set of presentations and workshops on - technical design + support - security best practices - marketing and storytelling - GTM fundamentals - community building - and fundraising the week wrapped yesterday with a series of pitches from the teams, attended by dozens of builders and VCs in the space this is just the beginning -- we are excited to support these teams in the coming months. as they learn from us, the UF learns from them -- we are building the playbook for hook success together, working in the trenches with our builders excited to continue this work. shoutout to @ocandocrypto the rest of the UF team, and all of the builder teams who attended these past weeks

Just wrapped up Unichain Builder Week—and boy am I glad that I made that 20-hour flight to New York. We’ve been building on Uniswap for a while now, and for us, the tech has always been the easy part. But when it comes to finding product–market fit, attracting the first 5–10 users, crafting a brand and social strategy, and becoming fundraise-ready—those were areas we knew were critical but felt completely lost in. Over the course of three days, speakers and mentors from @Uniswap, @UniswapFND, and across the ecosystem shared hard-earned lessons on all of that and more. Some were even distilled into a complete Builder Marketing Playbook and a 90-Day Execution Plan. I initially came for protocol design feedback—but walked away with a completely revamped narrative and a sharp, actionable go-to-market strategy. We now know exactly what to do next, and how to do it. Super excited for what’s ahead!
