Just wrapped up Unichain Builder Week—and boy am I glad that I made that 20-hour flight to New York. We’ve been building on Uniswap for a while now, and for us, the tech has always been the easy part. But when it comes to finding product–market fit, attracting the first 5–10 users, crafting a brand and social strategy, and becoming fundraise-ready—those were areas we knew were critical but felt completely lost in.
