Here's a wild fucking stat for you: farm raised salmon has 25% more calories, 50% more fat, and 15% less protein than wild caught. It's not enough to "eat right," you have to SOURCE right. Here are mine (bookmark this) Meat - OR OR Fish - Canned fish - OR Nuts and dried fruit - OR Bread and pasta - Grains - OR Fresh fruit and produce - and (works in NYC, ask chatgpt for your local alternative) Milk - Honey - I get all of these delivered and they're all fantastic.
