It is bad enough that a SDNY AUSA elicited false testimony that any victim funds made their way to @coinbase. Now they've disclosed in open court that they are considering charges against a third-party investor? I sat on a federal bench--this is beyond the pale and needs to be addressed immediately. The credibility of this entire proceeding and that office is on the line.

It is never as bad as it seems and it is never as good as it seems. We have so much more work to do. Just keep building.
