Move fast in software was really invented by Netscape. But Microsoft won but then Microsoft got slow too quickly and Google ended up really winning.
Apple released yearly updates on Mac and then phone/tablet while Microsoft was unpredictable (and arguably slow) on Windows until it was too late.
Meanwhile this AI infrastructure is being built out as fast as possible. Nvidia is going to release GPU updates every six months (AMD and Intel never did that). New models seem to drop every month and updates rapidly arrive.
Anyone who thinks we're at some local max of stability is mistaken. No one "owns" anything. No one has won.
