Cel Mates is a collection of 4207 illustrated convicts by Mcbess, which grant their holders access to the digital and IRL Steel Hose Penitentiary. The Steel Hose is a token gated members-only digital prison, and a space for a counter-culture syndicate of creatives to hang out, learn, share and collaborate with like-minded creators.
