Even in TPL, digital items can fall off the back of a truck. Well, maybe more like they can be found, but after being lost and forgotten on the Strip. Kind of. More like laying lost along the Strip, but if the Strip was actually a private wallet. I mean, they're just sitting there for anyone to take, right?
