Blu Volt was once rolled during a secret ceremony inside the Solar Coil Temple, where ancient battery tech was crossed with cannabinoid frequency amplifiers. Meant to become a spiritual strain capable of elevating time itself, Blu Volt was smoked during a thunderstorm... right as the Terpquake rippled through the temple. The bolt that struck the sacred joint didn’t kill him—it rebirthed him as a living surge. He woke up days later, body fused with static terp energy and his eye now a lightning lens. He doesn’t talk. He buzzes, and if he gets too amped, he fries everything around him—including other mutants.
