I always think how good it would have been if the previous deal (buy more, stud, run at the highest point). And (if I hadn't gone out that day, woke up, and was at the computer) I would have been able to seize that big opportunity. 3. Many things, mentality, emotions, do not help us grow in any way. 4. Focus on the present moment.
