Monero is probably the best privacy network we have right now, of course it’s going to get attacked. There’s a reason it was delisted it from exchanges. There are people out there that don’t want you to have privacy in your life. It doesn’t fit their agenda. But when networks come under attack like this, it’s a great test of the resilience. Monero will come back stronger and better than before.
