Large box contents - Ring - Charger - USB-C charging cable Small box contents - 2 rubber rings The red box in the photo contains the rubber rings, which seem to be for replacing when there’s visible wear. I recommend not opening the rubber ring box until you actually need to swap them. How to connect to the app is simple Charge the ring, turn on Bluetooth, and pair that’s it.
