Here’s the tldr on what went wrong with @KaitoAI and how it will be fixed. But not in a way everyone will like. Small accounts were overrun by bot farms so all small accounts got nuked on lb. Bots are better at pretending to be a small account than real small accounts.

If you are a small account you will need to qualify and apply for inclusion into season 2. There will be extremely harsh filters for slop and other farming. So bots need not apply. This is not set in stone but it’s fairly close to the expected process.
