i am once again asking why circle is not acquiring western union in an all stock deal when it trades at 14x the valuation, does half the revenue and pays 50% of that revenue to coinbase for distribution

@Foobazzler 5x p/e ratio, definitely priced as if it’s dying. but what if it didn’t die and stablecoins just expanded their margins by reducing operating costs faster than revenues
