let me spell it out for you: if BlackRock says only ETH and BTC get ETFs for now, then it is somewhat likely that ETH and BTC are the only cryptoassets which most people will be able to buy in their retirement funds (via Trump’s new EO) without jumping through significant hoops it is also very likely ETH and BTC are the only cryptoassets financial advisors will risk recommending to their clients to any significant degree i feel the need to say this before the alt-L1 VC psyops start thank you for your attention to this matter

also imo lower odds of other ETFs getting approved in general if BlackRock doesn’t want to play, but i am not super strong conviction in saying it can’t happen
