I was pretty hesitant to expand outside of interviews for Sourcery, but demand took off so I added 'fundraise announcement' newsletters to the mix.. Now I get messages like: “many job applicants coming from Sourcery.” It's clear that was the right move. It's working. FWIW: Sourcery does ~4-5 podcast interviews a month, it's a short list, one to keep tight to retain quality (except for the 20 I did at Reindustrialize).. and fundraise announcements are just one piece of that. I can't cover everything, though I will definitely scale up. Maybe we can go up to 6-8 a month & keep a 2x/week pace.. but I'm honestly a little nervous about that.
