Thank you @POTUS for restoring the voting power of citizens in our nation. My legislation, which I have reintroduced this Congress, would ensure that only citizens are counted in the allocation of representatives in Congress and electoral votes to each state, disincentivizing sanctuary cities. Last Congress, every single Senate Democrat voted against it. Why do you think that is? We know why.
