It might be triggering to say it, but we've broken into 2 types of startup execs and opportunities: 🚀The Cracked ... and ... 🦥The Phoning It In. I know many folks want something in the middle. We all do. A Solid 35-40 Hours a Week, 1-2 days in the office, weekends off, and still ... a $10B+ outcome. I just don't see any of those opportunities anymore. In 2021? Yes. Today? Zilch. If you want 'balance', I get it. But you may need to join something barely growing that is focused on providing that 'balance'. The world is just too competitive today, and too fast, and too hard.
