It is inevitable since big DAOs have billions of dollars to be distributed / invested in the growth of own ecosystems, which totally makes sense. I spent couple of hours and created this chart: it shows how Arbitrum DAO spent it's money (the data scope was till 01.04.2025). Basically it can be used as the basis for Arbitrum DOGE (and no million ARB spent on that lol).
