This week, I experienced serendipity at its best. 🍀 Since I finished the @Optimism Superchain Interop Incubator, I decided to dive into @uniswap. I got accepted into the @uniswap Hook Incubator with @AtriumAcademy but didn’t want to wait until July to start. And I saw that Uniswap was planning big things during the week of Permissionless, so I quickly booked a flight to New York. At first, I mainly signed up for the events happening in Brooklyn at Industry City and one event from Optimism x Uniswap in Manhattan. I attended all the sessions to learn directly from the founders of OP and Uniswap and the core team on Monday. I was taking some pictures and tweeting, and thanks to that @ocandocrypto saw I was in town and shared the registration link to Unichain Build Week with me. I didn’t know about it because I guess the events around Industry City took all my attention. But, this Build Week event was even better. It was like a business hackathon for founders. Thank you, Angela🫡 Unichain Build Week was a 3-day event full of workshops and hands-on action. I learned about technical implementations, the importance of building a community, defining the user, marketing stuff, storytelling, and raising capital. 🤯 I kept tweeting about all that and once again the network effects materialized. I received an invite to record an interview about my experience 🎥. I won’t give any spoilers about it, but I am eager to see it released. It was awesome. I learned so much and got the chance to meet founders from whom I could learn. The vibe and the people were great, everyone was open and easy to talk to. We closed out the week pitching to a crowd that included people from VCs, grants programs, OP, Atrium, and Uniswap. I had the opportunity to present @flashifi_xyz and explain how cross-chain flash loans can provide more incentives to liquidity providers using V4 Hooks. I couldn’t have planned for this. That’s why I like the word “serendipity” so much. I am lucky, because I put myself in a position to get lucky.🍀 I am so grateful. Thank you! 🙏
