The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit has reversed the injunction in Brandt v. Griffin, which means the SAFE Act, which bans gender transition procedures for minors, can be enforced once the mandate issues.

.@SecDef has been clear he wants to end this once and for all. That’s why I introduced an amendment to the upcoming NDAA that permanently closes this loophole left behind by past administrations. Companies like @Microsoft should never be allowed to outsource our national security.

Under @SecDef’s predecessors, companies like Microsoft were allowed to cut corners and use non-US citizens to maintain DoD computer systems.
This dangerous policy should be reversed. No foreigner should have access to such sensitive information.
