🎯 Bullseye. Thank you @SenLummis for calling for much needed oversight of the Fed: "Look at the way banks were supervised in the last four years. Chokepoint 2.0 brought about a government-caused failure of two banks. Those banks were not insolvent. The Federal Reserve and the FDIC pushed them into insolvency because they didn't like their customers. That was it. They didn't like it that banks were providing banking services to digital asset companies, to Melania Trump, to the children of the now President. They targeted those people. They debanked those people. Government did that by threatening the financial institutions that had them as customers, saying that the safety and soundness of the institution was going to be subject to scrutiny if they continued to bank digital asset businesses, the Trump family and others. That was government targeting Americans. That was government turned against our people for no good reason. And there's no way to get scrutiny of the Fed because they don't have an independent IG, they're not subject to the Freedom of Information Act, we don't have sufficient oversight of them. We've got to get oversight over the Fed."

They want to take away your right to access your banking data for FREE via-third party apps like @Plaid and instead charge you and fintechs exorbitant fees to access YOUR DATA. This will bankrupt fintechs that help you link your bank accounts to crypto companies like @Gemini, @coinbase, and @krakenfx so you can easily fund your account w/ fiat to buy bitcoin and crypto. As of today, the "Open Banking Rule" developed pursuant to Section 1033 of the Consumer Financial Protection Act gives you the right to access you banking data via 3rd party apps. The banksters are suing the CFPB to vacate the Open Banking Rule and end the open banking era. This is the kind of egregious regulatory capture that kills innovation, hurts the American consumer, and is bad for America. Jamie Dimon and his cronies are trying to undercut President Trump's mandate to make America the pro innovation and the crypto capital of the world. We must fight back! 🇺🇸

I’ve been using the @Gemini credit card for a month or two now. The more I think about it, the crazier it is that every time I swipe it , I get free bitcoin in return In 100 years people will be blown away that companies (PLURAL) were giving away the equivalent of whole block rewards for buying groceries It’s not a crazy amount of sats per swipe by any means, but this is a game of every single little bit counting as much as possible. And this card is a great tool for doing that. I don’t know when the music will stop, but until then I’ll be using this card every chance I get.
