Here are some events which can fuel more capital to crypto and our bags: Aug 15 – Ripple vs SEC deadline This long fight could finally be over. If the SEC’s appeal is thrown out or a deal is made, XRP could be pushed up and the whole market could see it as a win for clear rules in the US. Aug 21–23 – Jackson Hole Powell’s speech will be watched closely. If rate cuts are hinted at, more money could be brought in and this time, $ETH and small caps could go up. If a tough stance is taken, a drop could be seen but that is not likely to happen. Because there's a 90% probability of rate cuts. Sep 9 – Franklin XRP ETF decision If the SEC says yes, big investors could get an easy way to buy XRP, like they do with BTC and ETH ETFs. If no, a dip could follow. Sep 16–17 – FOMC meeting A small rate cut is expected by most people. If it happens, crypto could be pushed higher. If not, the dollar could get stronger and BTC/ETH could fall for a while.
