The Trust Paradox of “Trustless” Systems (why we need a Trustful Interaction Layer) Crypto/Web3 was supposed to be “trustless.” Meaning you don’t need to rely on people, just the code. But here’s the catch: The more trustless the system is at the base layer, the more we end up having to trust the humans around it. Meaning you still have to trust: • Devs to write secure contracts • Oracles to report the right data • Multisigs to not get compromised Even in a world without middlemen, someone is still behind the wheel. Trustless systems are like self-driving cars. You don’t need to steer, but you still trust the engineers, the sensors, the brakes, the software updates… etc That’s the paradox. The system is “trustless,” but the experience still runs on trust. That’s why we need a Trustful Interaction Layer. This is what @0xIntuition is building. Not to replace the trustless stuff but to complement it.
