setting aside the content, which is dope, this pod format itself is what really hits. 3 person pods feel like you’re eavesdropping on a conversation already in motion. doesn’t feel stiff or staged. feels like there is balance, unpredictability, & space to breathe without dead air. it creates a rhythm. someone can jump in, someone can riff, & someone can hold the thread. to me most 1 on 1 pods feel like interviews which gets old & stale quickly.
