Love seeing Checkonchain charts in the wild. This is a very old onchain metric, which we use to track changes in HODLer supply. The interesting part, is that it is derived from Coindays Destroyed, which is a measure of investor holding time. Coins are Time, and measurably so!

"Nowhere in 2025 have HODLers been net movers of over 100,000 coins in a day, which historically has been indicative of selling activity during late stage exuberance."

This report is worth a read. My favourite part was this tidbit from the IMF:

The report comes with a bonus 30 minute presentation "Charting Our Way Through Chaos", which I gave a couple weeks ago. In that presentation, using i.a. blockchain analysis, I suggest a longer bitcoin cycle with a top sometime between January & September 2026.
