General Thoul “The Hammer” Klara is a hero of the Woven Expanse. He was the first in over one hundred years to break the stalemate with the E.S.R. by breaking through the blockade around Storm Hollow. The Woven occupation didn’t last long however as the General’s actions provoked swift retribution from the E.S.R. forces. He commissioned a new weapon, the “Cord Incarnate.” Which he used to destroy the planet Tempest’s atmosphere by magically hurling enormous asteroids at its surface. All planetary carnage was later deemed a war crime according to the Cord Treatise.
