Creative Process: There was something deeply unsettling about the way the mirrors kept consuming time. i painted this after discovering that cosmetics could be used as temporal anchors - small offerings left at the altar of tomorrow. the white dress became a surrender flag in this war against predestination. the endless horizons in the mirrors weren't reflections at all, but windows into the inevitability of dawn. every bottle and jar on the floor contained fragments of futures that refused to be prevented..
