One ancient sabre, one lucky plant, and one perpetually half-eaten chocolate stick. The first time Eisaburou drew the blade, it was to clear thorny vines from a humming crystal formation, its edge cleaner than their conscience. The plant was a gift from a village elder, a promise of luck they didn't believe in but accepted out of politeness. Years later, deep within The Crystal Highlands of Armaria, the sabre tasted combat against a rogue rock wizard’s construct. The plant was singed, the chocolate lost in the fray. These days, they sit atop a monolith watching the sunset. The sabre is scarred, the plant has a new, vibrant leaf, and a fresh stick of chocolate is tucked beside their cheek.
