A bittersweet post from me today After 18 months, I've closed my reply guy agency Something I've been wanting to do for over 6 months, to be honest, as I don't have the passion for this business anymore I was the first (I think) to launch a reply guy agency back in Jan '24, and brought in @emilios_eth as my first minion, who eventually became ops manager I've had the pleasure of working with some incredible guys during that time, alongside fantastic clients, ranging from NFT collections to protocols and exchanges A wild ride I've made more money in the last 18 months than I've ever seen between this business and ghostwriting, and I'll be eternally grateful What's next? I have already launched a new agency in the AI field It will still be in the web3 industry, but also web2. I've worked in agencies for almost a decade, that's what I know best I've got a good grasp of the friction points most agencies face, and I want to help them streamline operations, reduce headcount through automations, and grow their pipelines better and faster I have a good feeling this is going to be a fun business (to me), so I'll be documenting the journey as I go.
