I'm all in on Euro CBDC that is cash, meaning a bearer instrument. There is a plan for off-chain payment, which I don't believe it could work and expect to be dropped silently before the launch. If it is like a bank account (already guaranteed for such amount) and distributed by banks, I honestly can't find a reason to care about. Also if I need to perform KYC/AML it's not "cash".

ECB @schaaf_jurgen comes back with a blog on stablecoins which is quite neutral (refreshing after the Bitcoin FUD). EUR stablecoins are losing indeed because they have 0 support as ECB pushes its CBDC. Quite sure @jon_helgi has opinions and ideas on it.
